On the side of liability, as the implants are pre-filled, it needs large incision. And when cost of silicone is considered, it is costlier than saline. As there is a high risk of cancer in women who have undergone breast implant awareness should be created about it. The cosmetic surgeons should make the patient aware of the side effects and the corrective measures.
